Preparation before installation of LED underground light

1. Before installing the LED underground light, the power supply must be cut off. This is the first step in the installation of all electrical equipment and is the basis for safe operation.

2. Before installing the LED underground lamp, you should sort out the various parts and components used for the lamp. LED underground light is a special landscape LED light that is buried underground. Once installed, it is very troublesome to re-install if there are fewer parts installed. So, it should be ready before installation.

3. Before installing the LED underground light, a hole should be dug according to the shape and size of the plastic sleeve, and then the plastic sleeve should be fixed with concrete. The plastic sleeve plays the role of isolating the main body of the LED underground lamp and the soil, which can ensure the service life of the LED underground lamp.

Installation process of underground lamp

1) After the plastic sleeve are fixed, connect the input wire of the underground lamp and the external wire together (phase wire, neutral wire, and ground wire is respectively connected and waterproof).

2) Fix the lamp body and the plastic sleeve with screws.

3) Use screws to fasten the cover plate to the lamp body.

4) After confirming that the above operations are correct, turn on the power.

Notes for installation of LED inground lamp

1. Non-professional technicians, please do not repair or modify this product without authorization.

2. In order to ensure the service life of the product, please do not use it in a place with thick acid mist.

3. Pay attention to shock-proof during installation and transportation.

4. Before installation, ensure that the installation position can bear 10 times the weight of the product, and install it in a flat place with no vibration, no swing, and no fire hazard;

5. If you find that the lamp body wire is damaged, please cut off the power immediately and stop using it.

6. Waterproof problem When installing the front cover of the underwater light after the light source is installed, be sure to pay attention to the order of tightening the screws, and buckle them symmetrically.

7. Drainage is to put about 50cm of gravel under each buried lamp, the larger the diameter, the better, and then lay 30-50cm thick sand on the stone.
