Yes, some are free, some are charged, depending on the value of the sample, and of course you need to pay for shipping cost.
2. How can we get a quote?

3. Can you help with the design?
Yes, Simple design free, special design need to pay. 4. What's the trade term and payment term?
Usually,30% down payment before producing and 70% balance payment before shipping. Other terms of payment can be negotiated! T/T, Western Union, PAYPAL etc.
4.May I have new sample made with my design for confirmation?
Yes. Sample charge means set up charge for production line, little quantity we suggest that straight for production. Large quantity we suggest that sample first, and sample fee can be refund.
