4. The installation of LED underground lights

For underground landscape lighting, the waterproof level must reach IP67 or above. Before installation work, preparations should be made from several aspects:

(1). Before installing the LED underground light, the power supply must be cut off. This is the first step in the installation of all electrical equipment and is the basis for safe operation.

(2). First dig a hole according to the shape and size of the embedded part, pass the power input and output wires through the hole at the bottom of the embedded part, then put the embedded part into the hole reserved on the ground, fix it, and place it in the hole. The external tamping or concrete (concrete) is poured around it to fix it, and the embedded parts play the role of isolating the main body of the LED buried light from the soil, which can ensure the service life of the LED buried light.

(3). Unplug the insulation layer of the wire head, then connect the phase wire of the incoming and outgoing wires to the brown wire of the lead wire of the buried lamp, and the neutral wire of the incoming and outgoing wires to the lead wire of the blue wire buried lamp. Connectors are insulated and waterproof. In areas with heavy rainfall, a waterproof junction box should be used for connection.

(4). After the inspection of the connection is completed, put the buried lamp body into the casing, fix it with screws, and then install the sealing ring, tempered glass and panel in sequence, and tighten them with screws. After the installation is completed, turn on the power and the lamp can work.
