The raw material of the lamp arm of the LED underground lamp is aluminum die-casting or stainless steel plate, and the raw material of the surface cover is stainless steel plate. Other components include silicone sealing ring, high toughness tempered laminated glass, waterproof connector, silicone silicone sealing ring, PCB, LED or lens, and waterproof potting glue. The screws of the LED underground lights are made of stainless steel, and the waterproof level of the lighting should reach 1P67; when installing the LED underground lights, plastic embedded parts can be selected to facilitate the assembly and maintenance of the lighting.
LED underground lights have a variety of colors, which can achieve red, yellow, blue, green, white, colorful oscillation, gradient color and other results. The LED underground light has the characteristics of brighter, low energy consumption, mild light source, no glare, and its high efficiency can reach 85%.
The input current of the high-power LED underground lamp is AC 220V or DC 24V. The light source can use the standard small output power (5 or SMD2835, SMD5730, SMD5630) light source and the high-power 1W light source and COB light source. This type of lighting is widely used Lighting fixtures for road greening, ecological parks, grasslands, courtyards, commercial streets, underground parking lots, city squares and other places.

The laminated glass of the LED underground lamp must be explosion-proof glass, free of ground stress, and its compressive strength should be able to bear the impact force of 2~4N/cm, and the thickness should be 5-10mm. The strength of the rubber ring is preferably 35H, which should be a U-shaped rubber ring, because such a rubber ring can be sleeved on the glass window at the same time. There must be a certain distance between the waterproof lens and the tempered laminated glass to prevent damage to the light quality.
Common LED underground lights have 7 sizes, specifications and models, 5 working voltages, and 3 lamp covers. The seven sizes are 60mm×H80mm, 68mm×H80mm, 68mm×H87mm, 90mm×H102mm, 100mm×H102mm, 110mm×H102mm and 110mm×H110mm. The five working voltages are DC 12V, DC 24V, DC 24V, DC 100V, DC 120V and DC 240V. The three kinds of lamp covers have their respective oblique angle edges and laminated glass lenses, flat angle edges and laminated glass lenses, oblique angle edges and curved laminated glass lenses. The shell of the LED underground lamp is a die-cast aluminum alloy case with a thickness of more than 3mm, and the total area of the lampshade and the LED that touches immediately or simply exceeds 80%. When glue is applied around the waterproof lens (heat transfer glue silicone), the glue should be applied to 1/2 part of the waterproof lens. The waterproof switching power supply is used for the switching power supply of LED underground lights, and the waterproof grade is above IP67.
